High-Precision Mobile Oil Filter Trolley

LUCD Series two-stage high-precision mobile oil filter trolleys are upgraded models of single-barrel LUC filter trolleys with hand-push design. The unit consists of a frame with universal casters, gear oil pump, drive motor, two-stage filter vessels including pre-pump coarse filter barrel and post-pump fine filter barrel, pressure gauge, differential pressure transmitter, overflow valve, oil suction and discharge hoses, and oil collecting tray. Quick-open filter barrel covers are standard, enabling filter element replacement without special tools.

The motor drives the gear pump to draw oil:

Oil first passes through the suction-side coarse filter element to capture large contaminants such as rust and metal chips and protect the oil pump.

Pressurized oil flows into the rear high-precision fine filter barrel where fine particulate pollutants are trapped by the fine filter element.

Purified oil is delivered back to the oil tank to continuously improve the NAS cleanliness class of the oil fluid.

• Higher purification accuracy with two-stage layered filtration: Pre-protection by coarse filtration plus deep contaminant removal via fine filtration. Optional filtration precision: 3/5/10/20 μm, capable of raising the oil NAS cleanliness class by 2 to 3 grades.
• Flexible mobility: Equipped with push handle and universal casters for on-site oil filtration in workshops without oil transfer.
• Multiple safety protections: Pump overflow pressure relief protection, motor thermal overload protection, and suction coarse filter to prevent impurities from entering the pump.
• Easy maintenance: Quick-open filter barrels allow direct filter element replacement; the matched oil collecting tray prevents oil leakage and environmental pollution.

Application Purpose

Filtering during new oil filling and on-line circulating purification of operational hydraulic oil. It removes solid particulate contaminants in oil, reduces abrasion of valve manifolds, hydraulic cylinders and pump bodies, and extends the service life of hydraulic components and oil media.
